- Nicola Braniff Review added: 2018.01.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi, don't like to leave negative feedback but don't use this firm, someone crashed into me on a roundabout and I ended up using Rushton Hinchy, they sent requests for information every week via e-mails, phone calls, letters and text messages, sometimes they would request information I had already given them. Then 19 months after the incident they sent me an e-mail saying they coudn't take the case on a no win no fee basis; I either pay, represent myself or find another solicitor( no solicitor would accept the case, not because of its prospects but because Rushton Hinchy had attached its bills to the case). Then they contacted me the night before to tell me I had court in the morning, even though I had instructed them to discontinue the claim as it was too much to take on.
Wish I could give them a minus 5 star (-:
